1. General

These terms govern use of Stats.is provided by Novamedia ehf. Creating an account means you accept these terms.

Stats is web analytics that collects non-identifying traffic data and presents it in a dashboard with AI insights.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually by invoice (kennitala). Prices are shown on stats.is and may change with notice.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added under Icelandic law.

New users receive a 14-day free trial. After that, an active subscription is required to keep collecting and viewing data.

Each plan includes a pageview limit. If usage exceeds the limit, tracking may pause until you upgrade.

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use or unavailability of the service.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Venue is Reykjavík, Iceland.
